Case 02 · 2026 · Recruitment & executive search
An identity that shakes hands.
A new recruitment and headhunting firm needed an identity that feels as trustworthy as the people it places, and the documents to recruit with.
Two people, one letter.
01 The idea
Two figures
Recruitment is about two people meeting, so the mark starts with two people.
02 The grid
Built from circles
Heads of the same size, arches drawn from circles and one shared baseline, so they stand as equals.
03 The mark
They read as an m
Side by side, the two arches form the m of EMES. Colour keeps the two people distinct.
Designing a consistent candidate experience.
EMES Talent presents candidates to the companies it partners with. Each CV is anonymized first, so the agency can introduce a professional profile without immediately disclosing the person's identity.
The objective was not simply to make a CV look attractive, but to create a practical tool for the whole recruitment process.
- 01
Clear hierarchy
Experience, skills, qualifications and professional information each have their place.
- 02
Easy to scan
Employers and recruitment partners can read a profile quickly.
- 03
Reusable
One template for every candidate, with the same visual identity each time.

From information to a flexible document system.
Mouna Ben Gamra, the owner of EMES Talent, provided the recruitment information, requirements and text. My role was to translate them into a clean, structured document.
I designed around her actual workflow. Instead of a static PDF, she has a Figma document she can update and reuse on her own, on a platform she already knew.
- 01
Organized
Her content, sorted into clear sections and recruitment terms.
- 02
Reusable
A template that accommodates different recruitment situations.
- 03
Editable
Specific text fields Mouna can adapt for each new contract.
- 04
Built to maintain
Auto Layout, reusable components and consistent spacing keep it easy to edit.

One identity. Two essential tools.
I developed a unified document system for EMES Talent, bringing the anonymized candidate CV and recruitment contract together through a consistent visual language. Although each document serves a different purpose, both follow the same design principles, creating a cohesive and professional experience across the recruitment process.
From a business card to a tote bag.
